Engineering Manager

DeepSource is working on building tools that help developers ship good code. There are over 40 million developers globally, and all of them write and review code in some form. There's a massive opportunity to impact how software is built from where the code is written using automation and intelligence, improving developer productivity and increasing the software's robustness.

The Product Engineering team works cross-functionally to bring DeepSource's product roadmap to life through our web application, enterprise server control panel, command-line interfaces, and experimental products. We care deeply about the user experience and "getting out of the users' way" since our primary users (developers and engineering leaders) are people who build products themselves. The Product Engineering team focuses on building products and blending excellent user experience with incredible performance to create a magical experience.

We're looking for a seWe'red Engineering Manager for the Product Engineering team who has a few years of experience managing a product team composed of front-end and back-end engineers and is now looking for a more significant role to play at a fast-growing startup. You will have a chance to build, coach, and mentor a fast-moving and highly skilled group of engineers with a deep product-thinking mindset. Some of the world's largest and most progressive engineering teams use DeepSource, so you will get a chance to make a real impact with your skills in a company that highly values your work.

  4. You are relentlessly customer-focused and maniacally pay attention to the details
  5. You have the ability to think in systems rather than one-off tasks

We are looking forward to hearing from you
