As and more developers and teams adopt DeepSource, ensuring a seamless user experience becomes critical for our success. As a support engineer, you will act as the bridge between our customers and internal engineering teams. You will help our customers resolve issues, maintain support playbooks/runbooks and co-ordinate with the customer to solve product and technical issues.
Note: DeepSource has a global customer base; This role follows a rotation schedule of 8 AM - 4 PM - 12 AM - 8 AM IST.
